Georgia Distraction-Free Education Act

Parents and Guardians,
Beginning July 1, 2026, all Georgia school districts must fully comply with House Bill 340, the Distraction-Free Education Act. Georgia's HB340 prohibits student access to personal electronic devices (PEDs) during the school day.
